News Updates

All classes have been cancelled  until further notice.

I will try to upload a new lesson each week on YouTube. Here is the first one … others are also available via YouTube if you type in ‘yogainbromley’

These videos are free to view but if you would like to make a contribution, a donation to a NHS charity would be most welcome.

Practicing yoga helps to keep the body strong & healthy and the mind calm and clear.  It will be very beneficial to you in these difficult times if you try to keep up a regular home practice. Sending much love to all students. Namaste x

NEW BEGINNERS CLASS  ON MONDAYS

6.15-7.15pm . Hayes Old Church School Halls, 86 Hayes St, BR2  7BA    .. …No need to book just turn up .  £8 per session.…………………………………………………………………………………………………

Please arrive early for your first class so Deborah can have a chat about your general health.

In class we work on building strength, stamina and flexibility paying attention to the alignment of introductory and intermediate poses, sun salutations, breathing exercises and inversions (upside down poses). Please don’t feel you have to do everything, especially if you are a beginner. With practice and  patience you will be amazed at what your body can do.

Please see holidays section for info about yoga retreats in  Mallorca, Santorini, Turkey and Sri Lanka.
