Beginners are welcome in all classes.

If you are attending your first class please arrive early so that Deborah can have a chat about your general health.
In class we work on building strength, stamina and flexibility paying attention to the alignment of introductory and intermediate poses, sun salutations, breathing exercises and inversions (upside down poses). Please don’t feel you have to do everything, especially if you are a beginner. With practice and patience you will be amazed at what your body can do.
