Yoga Holiday in Goa, India

15th – 25th January 2026

We will be staying in the Hillside classic or Hillside Heritage rooms.

Twin bedded rooms are not available so we have managed to negotiate a rate for a double bedded room without having to pay a single supplement.

Rooms can be for singles or for people who want to share a double bed.

Price £1500 per person includes:-

  • Twice daily yoga classes. (one day off for excursions)

1 night yoga break in the Ashdown Park Hotel with Deborah Curran

8th/9th February  2026 …(Sunday/Monday.)

This mini retreat will start with a morning yoga class on the Sunday followed by a light lunch.  The afternoon can then be spent relaxing in the spa area , swimming in the pool , walking in the grounds of the hotel or going further afield into the Ashdown Forest. There will then be a late afternoon yoga class , a three course dinner and two more classes the next day before and after breakfast.

BODY AND MIND WELLNESS RETREAT IN THE HEART OF SRI LANKA

We are very excited to be hosting a luxury 10 day Yoga and Mindfulness retreat from 25 April to 5 May 2026

We will be staying at Jim’s Farm Villas, a 50 acre organic spice farm in the lush hilly heart of Sri Lanka. Kevin and Janet Abbott, the UK owners, opened Jim’s Farm Villas boutique hotel 10 years ago, and with their attentive and caring local team they have been running yoga, fitness and wellness retreats with teachers from all over the world.  This venue receives excellent scores and reviews on various platforms and you will feel truly nourished and nurtured during your stay here.

In addition to the yoga and mindfulness sessions, this trip includes visits to three local major Cultural Triangle sites and you will also be offered 2 x 30 mins Spa treatments of your choice with a highly qualified and experienced Ayurvedic Doctor. Further treatments can be booked at an extra cost.

A lot of the fruits, spices and vegetables you will enjoy at breakfast and dinner during your stay are grown organically at the farm and you will be given the opportunity to have a guided tour and Sri Lankan cookery demonstration.

Average daytime temperatures should reach 30C-35C with 20C-25C at night;  rainfall tends to be light and often at night.

On trip days timings will be adjusted to suit – usually there will be 2 classes each day except when there is a full day sight-seeing excursion.


Yoga

Whether you are a Yoga beginner, wanting to improve your flexibility and general fitness, or an advanced Yoga student, looking to deepen your practice, Debbie Curran can meet each individual’s needs. You will learn relaxation and breathing techniques to help reduce your stress levels, and you will leave Jim’s Farm feeling calmer, fitter and more energised, in both mind and body. Yoga is for everyone; it is not competitive, and you can practice and develop at your own pace. The classes at Jim’s Farm will be held in the shaded Yoga Pavilion, with breath-taking views, surrounded by nature.

Mindfulness and Wellbeing

Debbie Cooper (Debbiemindful) will be basing her sessions on the world’s most widely-researched and  evidence-based mindfulness programme  “the mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) course”.  This has been proven to develop skills to more effectively face life’s greatest challenges while significantly reducing stress and promoting well-being.  The sessions will be informative, experiential and will give you a mindfulness toolkit together with confidence and enthusiasm to continue with a mindful way of living on your return.

Debbie has been teaching mindfulness for just over 10 years to groups, individuals, workplaces and hosting retreats.  She has also worked with West Kent Mind delivering courses such as Stress-Less, Managing Anxiety and Managing Depression.  She is also loves yoga and has been practising yoga for over 40 years and finds the combination of yoga and mindfulness promotes well-being and positivity.

We are offering you this thoughtfully curated wellness retreat in this luxurious venue at a rate of £1,200 per person, on the basis of sharing a double/twin room.

Singles are very welcome, with a £350 per person single room supplement, making the rate for singles to be £1,550.

The cost includes your accommodation, brunch, evening meals, water, coffees and teas, all Yoga and mindfulness instruction, 2 x 30 minutes Ayurvedic Spa Treatments and all transport costs in Sri Lanka, including your airport transfer if you take the recommended flights.

When the airline flights schedules are better clarified we will recommend flights for you to book.

Not included is the cost of your flight tickets, entry tickets to your choice of Day Tour sites, any lunches required, extra drinks/snacks, and laundry chargeus.

Yoga Holiday in Morocco with Debbie and Shelly

30th May  – 6th June 2026

Paradis Plage is a beautiful yoga/spa resort near Agadir in Morocco. Positioned on a long white sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with the Atlas Mountains as a backdrop. Yoga classes are held in the yoga shala overlooking the ocean.
There will be 2 yoga classes a day with a day off mid week to explore.

Accommodation comprises of premium suits for sharing or a single room is available with a single supplement. Breakfast/brunch is included in the price and is available daily after the morning yoga class.

Yoga Retreat in Ischia (Italy) 

13th – 20th Sept 2025 … with Debbie and Shelly

This retreat takes place on the beautiful thermal island of Ischia in a lovely  family run hotel. A stunning part of Italy where you can fully unwind and treat yourself to a week of yoga, self care and total relaxation. 

Hotel Lumihe is in the charming small village of Succhivo. It’s just a 15 min walk away from the ancient fishing village of Sant’Angelo with its picturesque narrow lanes,  fashion boutiques and beautiful restaurants. The family-run hotel is surrounded by greenery and overlooks the sea.

It’s the ideal place to find peace, develop your yoga practice and rediscover the pleasure of being enchanted by breathtaking views

A bus pass for the island is less than 15 euros per week and the buses are very frequent. They circle the coast in both directions until late in the evening. Perfect for those of you who love to get out and about.

The hotel has it’s own hot springs, with two  pools at 30 and 36 degrees -for health giving purposes.

There are two shaded yoga terraces that overlook the sea. 

Cost :-

£995  pp for a shared room with ceiling fan and air con.

£945 pp for a shared room with ceiling fan only.

Flights

We will need a flight to Naples. From there we will be met and transferred to the venue. Please do not book flights until I have confirmed your place.  If possible, it is  better to all book the same outgoing flights.

Transfer costs: the hotel will arrange transfers at 50 euros per person, each way (including the ferry) This is payable to the hotel in cash. You can of course make your own way there.

For the arrival flight:  do not book a flight that arrives after 20.00 as the last ferry is at 22.00  and you need half an hour to reach the port by taxi.

For the return flight:  Book flights after 11 am as the first ferry off the island is at 06.30
