(Near the roundabout, next to the De Stefano car showroom and opposite Hayes library). Small car park on site or park in the church car park in West Common Rd, just around the corner. Please enter class through the door via the small car park.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in and be prepared to work in bare feet. Let the teacher know of any medical problems or injuries before starting the class.
Costs:- Drop in classes are £14 a session. If you pay monthly in advance it’s £12 per session.
